This policy (together with our terms of website use Terms of Website Use and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which we, Route 70 Limited, (trading as NINE IN THE MIRROR.COM) of 132-134 Lots road, Worlds End Studios, London SW10 0RJ (“we” or “us”) will process any personal data we collect from you, or which you provide to us, in the course of using our site www.nineinthemirror.com (“site”) for the purpose of UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Route 70 Limited is the data controller of your personal data and is responsible for the collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Route 70 Ltd may transfer your personal information outside of the European Economic Area to our group companies and authorised third parties. Where we use third party service providers based outside of the European Economic Area, we may use specific contracts approved by the European Commission which give personal data the same protection it has in Europe. Where we use third party service providers based in the US, we may transfer data to them if they are part of the Privacy Shield which requires them to provide similar protection to personal data shared between the Europe and the US.

2. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU, FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND ON WHAT GROUND WE PROCESS IT

- User Data that includes data about how you use our website and any online services together with any data that you post for publication on our website or through other online services. We process this data to operate our website and ensure relevant content is provided to you, to ensure the security of our website, to maintain back- ups of our website and/or databases and to enable publication and administration of our website, other online services and business. Our lawful ground for this processing is our legitimate interests which in this case are to enable us to properly administer our website and our business.

The source of this data is from our analytics tracking system. We may use Customer Data, User Data, Technical Data and Marketing Data to deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you (including Facebook adverts or other display advertisements) and to measure or understand the effectiveness of the advertising we serve you. Our lawful ground for this processing is legitimate interests which is to grow our business. We may also use such data to send other marketing communications to you. Sensitive Data: We offer the option for you to share with us your due date. We ask for this to give you a personalised product and content offer during your pregnancy and beyond. This is entirely optional. We require your explicit consent for processing sensitive data. When you submit your details and if you share to choose your due date, you are consenting to the processing of this data. We will use this information to provide you with personalised products/services/information. You have at any time the right to ask us to delete your Due Date from our records. We will in any case only keep the Due Date until 1 year anniversary of the Due Date and it will be automatically deleted from our records after a year.

- When you purchase a product from NINE IN THE MIRROR we ask you for the personal data necessary to allow us to fulfil our contract with you including taking payment, any related anti-fraud checks if you choose to pay by credit/debit card, billing, shipping and delivery of the product and possible handling of the return.

In order for Molli to process this data to supply the goods and/or services you have purchased and to keep records of such transactions and to avoid any fraudulent activities.
We require all third parties to whom we transfer your data to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We only allow such third parties to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
This website may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our website, we encourage you to read the privacy notice of every website you visit.
7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We share your personal data within our group of companies which involves transferring your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA).]
